Please check your order upon receiving it and please do contact us at the earliest if you are having any problems with your order such as damages, wrong/missing items, defective and personalization.

Please take note that all return postage fees are not covered by us, we will first have to inspect the return items once we receive it. If the problem is recognized from our side, we will cover the return postage fees.

We accept returns within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Any other return requests after 7 days will not be entertained unless it is for warranty claim.

For warranty claim, please provide us the original box and the warranty card along with the defect item such that we can inspect the defect item and replaced a new one.

*Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return or warranty claim.
